The room was lovely, with a very nice bed and bathroom and also had a great view. The breakfast was superb. The gym was the best equipped of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The outdoor pool was very good. However, the absolute stand-out feature was the fantastic level of service from the staff which was amazing and exemplary. Everyone was courteous, kind and helpful, always prepared to "go the extra mile" - nothing was too much trouble. They were all brilliant and a real credit to the hotel. We would say that the staff delivered a standard os service with a smile which was the best we have ever experienced in any country in the World.

The staff were more than helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We very soon felt like a family member. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice, hot and cold. The room was incredible spacious, with extra large balcony. Having a bathroom and cloakroom was great so we could spread out. Plenty of cupboard space The gym was first class with plenty of equipment to work on with separate weights room and studio.

The hotel was very stylishly decorated. The room was very large and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. There was a fantastic mini bar, a coffee machine and we also had a balcony. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful and the location was great - with key neighbourhoods like San Telmo within walking distance. Finally, the breakfast was really nice; great quality and a good range of options.

It's beautiful property with spectacular views of the water. The staff everywhere in the property is amazing... very attentive, helpful, and cordial. The meal service in LEYNIA was exceptional, and CIEL spa is a beautiful, relaxing spot; again, the staff in both was exceptional. It's an easy walk to very good restaurants, bars, and nightlife.

The breakfast was amazing. they have buffet and you can order special dishes like omelettes or eggs. the staff is very friendly and accomodating. we were 8 people in a group and everyone was happy with the stay.
